SDF 281, at one time the biggest doubledecker in Gloucester, arrives in Gloucester bus station. It was a 1956 AEC Regent V of type LD2RA, bodied by Park Royal with 73 seats. It ended up as a travellers' mobile home.

VDM 300 - According to my records for 40-plus years I have recorded this coach as VTC 800, photographed in 1965. But thanks to Rob Richardson, I am now able to say it is a 1960 AEC Reliance with Duple bodywork that passed to Cottrells in November 1966 from P & O Lloyd of Bagillt. It ran with them until April 1969. he has called on the services of Peter Tulloch, a leading member of the PSV Circle, who has made an almost watertight case for it being wrongly recorded by me 40 years ago! What a delight to get it straight at long last. Thanks, gentlemen.
